What’s Next – Recreation Drafts, Open Gyms & Travel Tryouts

Travel Tryouts Dates are Oct 4th & 5th:

We will have 4 Travel Teams this season:  5^th, 6^th, 7^th & 8^th Grade Teams.  All are welcome to tryout for their grade’s team.

What is Open Gym?

OPEN GYM is NOT a TRAVEL TRYOUT. This is a session designed to show the girls what a travel practice looks like and see if there is interest in trying out for TRAVEL.

Coaches will be leading skills and drills. They can answer any questions you may have about the expectations and requirements of travel play.

• OPEN GYM is open to all players whether they are trying out for Travel or not.
• OPEN GYM is an opportunity for players who are interested in Travel to come out and see what it’s all about first.
• OPEN GYM is a time for returning players to come out to get ready for travel tryouts.
• For 5^th and 6^th grade, there will be an introduction to travel sessions and opportunity to ask questions.
• For 7^th and 8^th grade, there will be coaches at these sessions running some drills and working with players.

• • Monday, Sep 18^th
    • 6:00 to 7:30 for 5^th and 6^th grade
    • 7:30 to 9:00 for 7^th and 8^th grade

• • Wednesday, Sep 20^th
    • 6:00 to 7:30 for 5^th and 6^th grade
    • 7:30 to 9:00 for 7^th and 8^th grade

Week 2:

• • Wednesday, Sep, 27^th
    • 6:00 to 7:30 for 5^th and 6^th grade
    • 7:30 to 9:00 for 7^th and 8^th grade
  • Thursday, Sep 28^th
    • 6:00 to 7:30 for 5^th and 6^th grade
    • 7:30 to 9:00 for 7^th and 8^th grade
