Recreation Coaches Meeting
Tuesday, October 10th 7:00 – 8:30pm
This meeting is for anyone who is interested in coaching

Thank you for volunteering to participate in our program.
The number of coaches needed each year is directly dependent upon the number of players that register. So there is a chance that not all volunteers will be assigned to a team. Additionally, all coaches must be confirmed by the Board.
We are currently working through the process of determining the number of coaches needed and then approving and assigning those coaches. This process should be completed before the coaches meeting and we will send that info out as soon as it has been finalized.
Tentative Draft Dates:
- Rookie Division (3rd & 4th grades) – Tuesday, October 24th
- Junior Division (5th & 6th grades) – Thursday, October 19th
- Senior Division (7th & 8th grades) – Thursday, October 12th
All coaches (and coaches kids) are required to attend their Division Draft night. We will have the player evaluations followed by a player selection Draft immediately after. Plan to be there for 3 to 3½ hours on your Draft Day.
- Coaches/Volunteers: All Volunteers & Coaches must complete and submit this form. (We need one from every coach and assistant every year). You can scan and email it to RT Girls Program Director at RTGirlshoopsDirector@gmail.com if you did not upload the forms during registration. Click on the Link Below to print the form. (If you are volunteering to Coach and you are not Rutgers Certified, please register for the next class ASAP.) If you would like to help coach in any way, you MUST be Rutgers Certified.
